In conjunction with its efforts to expand the investment management for the German market, we advised our client Tishman Speyer during the rollout of the Tishman Speyer Investment Management unit and the associated formation of an AIF management company (German “KVG”) in regard to its communications while also facilitating and supporting its image-building and branding efforts as well as the development and execution of suitable marketing strategies. The communication focus in this context was on the dedicated engagement of institutional investors.
This included essentially setting up a brand strategy and positioning the brand on the German market while also developing a consistent communications strategy for the rollout and publicity campaign.
